I helped establish and lead the Foundation as a vehicle for meaningful corporate giving, developing its operating structure and supporting programs that connected employees, their families, and nonprofit organizations with new opportunities.
Initiatives during my tenure included scholarships for employees' children, MCA Day community grants supporting employee-nominated nonprofits, and an emergency relief fund designed to respond to urgent community needs.
I particularly valued seeing these programs connect company resources with causes that mattered to employees and their communities.
Amity Medical Group

Amity Medical Group is a nonprofit healthcare organization serving the greater Charlotte region, with a mission centered on compassionate, accessible care regardless of a patient's circumstances.
Its services include adult and pediatric primary care, HIV treatment and prevention, diabetes care, addiction medicine, behavioral health, and support connecting patients with medications and other resources. Amity also participates in Ryan White-funded care, community outreach, and food assistance initiatives.
My role is on the governance side, where I've contributed to reviews of organizational policies and discussions about hiring standards, employee practices, and accountability. Amity's clinicians and staff lead its patient care and community programs.
